1. i have a UTI, mostly because i don't drink enough water. what healthy
thing do you NOT do (or unhealthy thing do you do) that causes you to get sick
now & again? this could be not washing your hands enough, poor diet, staying up
too late, smoking too much, etc. ... not washing my hands enough
2. my best friend really, truly has either fried his brain or has mental
illness. i don't know what to do about it ... i cannot help him, and i cannot
make him 'get better.' when was the last time you felt helpless because of a
friend's actions/non-actions/problem? never
3. i have recently discovered SUSHI. while i'm still not into 'fishy-sushi' and
prefer the non-fish cali rolls, i've ALWAYS hated sushi. it was just so
disgusting to me. it smelled bad, tasted horrible, and i just didn't get why
people ate it. what food (or product) have you previously detested, but now like
... or even love? none
4. i've also recently discovered epinions.com, where people go in and write
reviews on products, books, etc. i've written two reviews and LOVE it!!! do you
ever read people's reviews on things, whether it's a movie, a lipstick, a book,
an electronic item? why or why not? yes so I can see if I want to purchase the
item
5. speaking of reviews, we all see them ... either on TV or the internet or on
the radio. how much stock do you place in other people's reviews? not much for
movies.
6. i have two deadlines due, and both are synthesis papers for grad school. i am
stressed out. i can get an extension because my professor loves me. when was the
last time you had a deadline, and did you meet it? tell us about that. all the
time at work. for the most part yes
7. not that i didnt' have enough deadlines to begin with, i just imposed another
on myself by joining nanowrimo, where i'm supposed to turn in a 50,000-word
novel by 30 november. are you doing nanowrimo this year or have you ever done

8. i just saw the movie 'the butterfly effect,' which is about going back into
your past to change things that have happened to better your life (or someone

2. i consider myself a little overweight - not much, but i could stand to lose a
good 10 lbs. (easy). by MEDICAL standards (not your own, now!), are you

3. earlier this year, due to LOTS of exercise and a 23-yr. old boytoy, i lost
about 15 lbs. since my estranged husband has returned, i've gained much of it
back. when was the last time you lost over 10 lbs., and how/why did you do it?

4. since he moved out, my estranged husband has lost 30 lbs. (mostly due to my
not feeding him and subsisting solely on beer & crackers) and is now working out
regularly. it took me YEARS to fatten up his naturally-skinny frame, but with
the muscle gain he's actually looking GOOD. who was the last person you knew who
went from 'blah' to 'oh, la la!!!' ? no one
5. my diet is KRAPPE ... fast food, non-diet sodas, no veggies and virturally no
water. what's yours looking like these days? crap as well.
6. i have only been on an actual diet once (slim-fast, and lost 40 lbs. after my
2nd child). have you? when, why, and what were the results? I've tried to eat
better many times. It never stuck.
7. if you had to eat only ONE food for the rest of your life, what would that
food be? mac and cheese
8. renee zellwegger looks like a positive STICK again after losing her bridge
jones sequel weight. i thought she looked pretty good WITH the weight ... now
she looks emaciated. what celebrity do you think looks 'just right' with his/her
weight? (my vote is salma hayek, btw) not sure
