friday five

1. What was your biggest accomplishment this year? Taking over new job duties at work.

2. What was your biggest disappointment? Don't know.

3. Will you be making any New Year's resolutions? No

4. Where will you be at midnight? Do you wish you could be somewhere else? at my parent's house. NO

5. Aside from (possibly) staying up late, do you have any other New Year's traditions? Watching movies. We stay up until midnight.

1. Opening presents...rip 'em open with all abandon, or carefully open, preserving the pretty paper for recycling? carefully open so that my Mom can save the paper for next year.

2. Do you and yours take turns, opening one gift at a time, or does everyone just rip into everything at the same time? Everyone rips into everything at the same time

3. If you get something you don't like...do you try to return it, or keep it so as not to hurt the giver's feelings? try to return it

4. Do you spend the holiday at home (yours or someone else's), or do you go out and eat, see the newest movie, whatever? at home

5. What do you do with Christmas cards after the holiday is over? Save them, or toss them? Save them

6. Cook Christmas dinner, or does someone else do that? Someone else does that. I help set the table and put food on the table etc. If we have Christmas at Mom and Dads then I help make food.

7. It's Christmas Eve, and you have run out of wrapping paper. Do you go out and buy more, or wrap the rest of the gifts in the Sunday comics? Go out and buy more

8. On Christmas morning...up at the crack of dawn, eagerly anticipating the loot...or would you rather sleep in? as a child I used to wake up at the crack of dawn but now we open them the night before.

9. Do you want a white or a green Chrismas? green

10. Going to church on Christmas...yes or no? Used to but not now.

Got my nails done with a friend last week then we had dinner. Then what to I do christmas eve? Spill the red nail polish I was using to touch them up all over the family room carpet and myself. I got most of it out. I will need to have that area of the rug cleaned again soon. Got to spend christmas with my family and relatives. I had christmas eve, christmas, and 12/26-12/28 off. I went shopping today for after christmas sales and birthday presents plus a few things for myself. I will spend time with my parents tomorrow then do laundry etc.. Saturday I have no plans so far. I work on Sunday.
