4. some people go a little crazy at ren fests, following them around a tri-state
area and dressing up to attend every weekend. do those people seem odd to you,
kinda like trekkies or deadheads? (please note
- i'm not trying to offend renfaire/SCA addicts or trekkies or deadheads, just
pointing out they're often targeted as being 'out of the norm') no



5. do carnies scare you? no



6. last year at a state fair, some children were killed by touching the animals
at a petting zoo and contracting e coli. would this kind of thing make you keep
your kids away from petting zoos, or would you just be a little more diligent
about using the hand sanitizer? keep kids away



7. i am a total addict for fair food at a state fair ... hot dogs, funnel cakes,
ice cream, etc. it's SO good, and it smells divoon! do you like state fair food?

8. i began going to renfests when i was about 5 years old, and this is my 28th
year going to one (i don't dress up - it's a fun family time). when was the
first time you went to either a renfest or a state fair? if you've never been,
how far would you travel to go to one? not far
